Responsibility of Buyer:  If Buyer can no longer care for the above puppy, 
the breeder must be notified.  The breeder will then assist in the placement of this puppy  
in a good home.  The dog may not be placed in rescue/ASPCA.  There will be no refund  
to buyer in this circumstance.  
  
Guarantee:    
     1.  72 hour veterinarian check:  If private veterinarian deems puppy unhealthy in writing,  
full purchase price of puppy is refunded upon return of puppy, registration paper and  
veterinarian's statement.  
     2.  The attached "A Guide For New Puppy Owners" should be followed to ensure the  
puppy is raised in accordance with the breeder's recommendations.  
     3.  The puppy is guaranteed for two years from date of birth against crippling hip  
dysplasia requiring euthanasia.  The puppy will be replaced with a puppy of equal value  
at the earliest convenience of the breeder.  No guarantees apply to health related  
problems caused by nutrition or care, nor any accident or illness.  No veterinarian expenses  
will be paid by Seller.
